CUSTOMER CARE
While permanent jewelry is made for everyday wear, no jewelry is indestructible. If your Rooted Collective chain breaks due to normal wear, contact us within 30 days for one complimentary re-weld. If the chain is lost or damaged beyond repair, a purchase for a replacement chain may be required.
We will re-weld any permanent jewelry that was welded by another company for $10.

PRIVATE EVENT POLICIES
In order to secure a date and time, all private events will require a 20% non-refundable deposit based on the number of items the host presumes will be purchased.
There will also be a travel fee that is required up front depending on the location of the event (typically ranging from $20-$50).
Private Event Promotion: If you host an event with 6 or more bracelets or anklets purchased, the host gets one bracelet for free!
CANCELATION POLICY
All private events may be canceled within 48 hours of the booking window in order to receive a full refund. Any cancelations outside of this window will not receive a refund of the 20% deposit. All travel fees will be refunded.
